Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before beginning dog waste removal services with K9Landmine. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
General Terms
K9Landmine is an independently owned and operated business providing pet waste removal services for residential, business, and commercial properties. By accepting our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Service may occasionally be affected by weather, yard conditions (such as tall grass or debris), locked gates, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for ensuring access to their yard.
Dog Waste Removal Services
K9Landmine offers:
- Weekly Cleanup
- Twice Weekly Cleanup
- Bi-Weekly Cleanup
- Spring Cleanup
- One-Time Cleanup
Pricing is based on a yard size of up to 1/8 acre. Additional fees apply for larger properties or multiple dogs.
Yard Access
- Customers must provide safe and easy access to the service area.
- If gates are locked, blocked, frozen, or if dogs prevent access, service will be skipped but charges will still apply.
- To avoid issues, we recommend keeping gate combinations or keys on file.
- If you request a return visit, a $10 trip fee will be added.
Weather Policy
- Service continues in most weather, including rain and cold, when safe.
- Severe conditions (thunderstorms, high winds, extreme heat/cold, snow accumulation, flooding, or muddy yards) may require postponement.
- Missed visits due to weather are not refundable. Waste will be collected during the next scheduled service.
- If you request an additional cleanup before your next visit, we will do our best to accommodate, though availability is not guaranteed.
Holidays
No services are provided on:
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Day
If your scheduled service falls on one of these dates, your cleanup will be skipped that week and resumed the following week. No refunds are issued, as waste will still be collected during your next scheduled visit.
Billing & Payments
- Services are billed monthly on the 1st of the month.
- A valid card on file is required for automatic payments.
- If payment is declined, service will be suspended until resolved.
- Service may be paused for up to 30 days. After 30 days, accounts are removed from the schedule.
- If more than 30 days pass since your last cleanup, a first-time cleanup fee will be applied.
- One-Time and Initial Cleanups are billed after service is completed.
- Customers who sign up for recurring service receive a free Initial Cleanup. If recurring service is later canceled, the cost of the Initial Cleanup will be charged retroactively.
- Payment is due within 24 hours of billing. Accounts overdue by more than 30 days may be turned over to collections.
Yard Conditions (Leaves, Debris & Tall Grass)
We will always do our best to thoroughly clean your yard. However, tall grass, heavy leaves, or excessive debris can make it difficult to locate all waste.
- Please keep grass trimmed and remove excessive debris for best results.
- If any waste is missed due to yard conditions, it will be collected at the next scheduled visit once maintenance is complete.

Additional Fees
- Return Visit (Come Back): $10 per trip
- Waiting Fee: $10 per visit if we are delayed due to yard access issues
